As Chef de Partie you will be involved in food preparation and cooking on the line during service. You will have the knowledge and skills to run your section and support the head chef in executing the menu. You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health & safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.
