Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation meets our quality standards.
Supervise and motivate the kitchen team, providing training and guidance as needed.
Collaborate on menu development, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Oversee food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Manage stock levels and order supplies efficiently to minimize waste.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end, busy restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for contemporary cuisine.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
